The Eastern and Western Conferences are only getting better and the defending champion Los Angeles Lakers sit atop the throne above all the chaos.

In this edition of the Hoop Talk Podcast, Jay and Ryan debate and discuss who they believe are the top-5 teams in the league as currently suggested. What teams do you think will crack the guys' top-5 list? Stay Tuned!

With the NBA Draft just over a month away, the 2020 NBA Lottery has been set and the draft order is officially locked in. With that, each team prepares for October as some of the best college and overseas prospects all await that fateful day in hopes of hearing their name called by Commissioner Adam Silver.

In this edition of the Hoop Talk Podcast, the guys take a look at the Milwaukee Bucks. The 2021 NBA Season is Do or Die for the Bucks as All Star Forward and Two-time League MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo is due to become a free agent at the end of the season and will be one of the biggest targets for teams next summer.

After a surprising and abrupt ending to their season, falling to the Miami Heat in the semi-final round of the NBA Playoffs, the Bucks are desperate to add star power and surround Giannis with a serviceable supporting cast in pursuit of the franchise's first NBA championship since 1971. To put that into perspective, that was back when the Bucks had legendary center Kareem Abdul-Jabbar who was only three years deep into his illustrious and extensive NBA career.

The Bucks only have the 24th overall pick in this year's draft, but there is a lot of value at the bottom portion of the first-round that could blossom into a rotational piece for this team and maybe even play a pivotal role in Milwaukee's attempt run the table in the Eastern Conference and reach the NBA Finals next season.

Who do the guys think Milwaukee will select with the 24th overall pick to hopefully give Giannis the help he needs? Stay Tuned!

In this edition of the Hoop Talk Podcast, the guys take a look at the Miami Heat. Similar to the Los Angeles Lakers, Miami is coming off an NBA Finals appearance and fell just short of their first championship since 2013.

With young talent like Tyler Herro, Duncan Robinson and Bam Adebayo along with a star leader in Jimmy Butler, the Heat are a piece or two away from potentially getting over the hump and sealing the deal. Miami only has the 20th overall pick, but that is still within range to acquire another late round draft steal or underrated talent in what most consider to be a deep 2020 NBA Draft class.

Who do the guys think the Miami Heat will select with the 20th overall pick? Stay Tuned!

In this edition of the Hoop Talk Podcast, the guys take a look at the Memphis Grizzlies. As a young team led by the young duo of rookie phenom Ja Morant and prolific big man Jaren Jackson Jr. this young team was on the verge of a very unexpected playoff birth as they came into the NBA Bubble restart as the 8th seed in the Western Conference at the time.

The Memphis Grizzlies will be entering 2021 with Morant in his 2nd season, a new addition in Justise Winslow who will hopefully be healthy after missing most of the 2020 season and coach Taylor Jenkins has a handful of other moldable pieces that he can build up in a much anticipated 2021 season.

Memphis has the 40th pick in this year's draft and could potentially add some much needed depth to the roster and get Morant another playmaker to get the ball to.

Who do the guys think the Grizzlies will add to their already impressive young roster with the 40th overall pick? Stay Tuned!

In this edition of the Hoop Talk Podcast, the guys take a look at the Los Angeles Lakers. As the Lakers enter the 2021 NBA season as the defending champions, a target will be drawn on their back by many if not all of the top teams in the league. When taking into consideration the fact that this team was LeBron and AD or Bust, this team will need to make significant changes this offseason if they want any true chance at repeating.

To start that process off, the Lakers have the 28th overall pick in the first round and there are some interesting point guard and center prospects available late in the first round that could bring immediate contribution to a title contender like LA.

But who do the guys think could be the best fit for the Lakers with that 28th pick? Only one way to find out, Stay Tuned!

With that, each team prepares for October as some of the best college and overseas prospects all await that fateful day in hopes of hearing their name called by Commissioner Adam Silver.

In this edition of the Hoop Talk Podcast, the guys take a look at the LA Clippers. After an epic 3-1 collapse to the Denver Nuggets, the once coveted LA powerhouse now has to regroup following the firing of head coach Doc Rivers and potentially losing a key piece in Montrezl Harrell this offseason.

The Clippers only have the 57th overall pick which means they will have to identify a true "diamond in the ruff" if they want any chance at acquiring a rotational player for this roster with that late of a pick.

The road to glory for this team is only going to get steeper which means they are going to have to find a way to get better fast with the cards they have been dealt which could mean guys like Paul George and Lou Williams could be in trade discussions.

Nonetheless this team has one of the last three picks in this year's draft and they will have to make due. Who do the guys think the Clippers will take with 57th overall pick? Stay Tuned

In this edition of the Hoop Talk Podcast, the guys take a look at the Indiana Pacers. Indiana currently has the 54th pick in the draft and with not many options, they do not have much room for error when swinging on late-round contributor to be a rotational piece on this team.

With questions surrounding the future of Victor Oladipo and Myles Turner, the Pacers are in dire need of depth across the roster but especially at shooting guard and center. Who do the guys think Indiana will select with the 54th overall pick? Stay Tuned!
