With that, each team prepares for October as some of the best college and overseas prospects all await that fateful day in hopes of hearing their name called by Commissioner Adam Silver.

In this edition of the Hoop Talk Podcast, the guys take a look at the Chicago Bulls (AKA Jay’s Favorite team). As a team who is need a culture change after the firing of coach Jim Boylen and the demotion of Gar Foreman and John Paxton in the front office, the draft is the perfect place to start building up the kind of culture that new Head of Basketball Operations, Arturas Karnisovas, wants.

The Bulls enter the 2020 NBA Draft with the 4th and 44th pick which will be critical when addressing certain position-based needs. Chicago has questions about Power Forward Lauri Markkanen and point guard Kris Dunn may be leaving this offseason as a free agent which could create some positional holes for a young deep in desperate need of depth.

Who do the guys think will be the Bulls’ franchise changing guy taken with the 4th overall Lottery Pick? Stay Tuned!
