Having a "why" can be a powerful tool, yep, tool. It can compel you to get up in the morning, do hard work, stay focused, even step outside your comfort zone. For years, Amy thought your "why" had to be a string of amazing words that were eloquently put together and would make your heart leap out of your chest when uttered, but that's just not true.

A "why" is personal, it changes as we grow and change and a "why" can be simple. Your family is a fantastic "why", building wealth, growing a legacy, to pay off student loans, to grow and be a better version of yourself, all fantastic "whys".

In this episode, we want to encourage you to think about your "why", write it down, remind yourself of your "why" and watch how this small, yet significant practice, can make a difference.

We had such a great time reminiscing on the traditions and gifts of Christmas during our childhood and now as we have our own families and as they are starting their own families. What a gift remembering is!
