On today's episode, I got the chance to talk with Trish Springsteen, whose goal in life and business is to help introverts realize the incredible potential they have with public speaking. It's not often you get the chance to talk with someone who has a handle on how exactly to take the nervous energy that public speakers have, and turn it into the energy to drive an amazing talk, but today she shared some tips. While I'm not an introvert myself, I still learned a ton, and if you're interested in getting into public speaking yourself, you'll learn some things too.

Ever play a game inside a game? Fun isn't it? Well today's guest, Tom Halikias, has figured out how to do that within the realm of American Football.
Tom's app is called Drives Football, and he and a team of super smart college students, app developers and quantitative analysts, have joined together to figure out how to place "micro bets" on individual football plays. So even when the team's having a time out, you can still enjoy the game in a different way.
Tom's scheduled to go live pretty soon so be watching for this, and take a look at this new platform that's poised to change sports as we know it.

Even though this is the first time you've met Mark Kumar on this podcast, this is the second time we've spoken. I'm not going to spoil it, but the first chat we had went so well and I learned so much, that when I told my business partner about it he said, "See if you can get him on and talk about lead generation!"
While I don't want to get into the details of the next episode where we talk for the first time, I do want to introduce you to Mark as the Lifestyle Entrepreneur, who helps people figure out how to build business around their passion, and also helps fellow business owners get unstuck. If you're struggling to figure out how to find qualified leads in this new era, this episode is custom made just for you.

If you're looking for a way to amp up your own brain power or that of your organization, you're going to love this episode with Melissa Hughes. Noah was raised on a farm in rural Vermont with his 4 brothers and 2 sisters. A graduate of Boston College and Brooklyn Law School, Noah is a lawyer by trade but in 2014 he co-founded Ripple with one of his close friends Derek Hedges. Ripple helps organizations become more dynamic and culture-driven by gathering anonymous peer feeedback and sharing the data with the individual as well as his or her manager and owners. In short, Ripple is dead set on dismantling the traditional, dreaded "annual review".
