March 11, 2026 11. I forgot to take my own medicine and I almost nearly burnt myself out (again)... oops 😅
Snapping and "losing it" 3 times in the space of a few weeks is firstly not nice for my family, and not a good sign of being exactly mentally healthy for me... plus, if I really am exhausted, I don't exactly have pregnancy to blame this time around (thanks Mirena lol)! So I had to face the facts, look at ways I was going overboard and over-extending myself in my role as a mum, and decide to take the steps to combat it.
