The Housemaid Movie Review - Sydney Sweeney and Amanda Seyfried have a love/hate relationship in 2025's The Housemaid. I'm a sucker for a good thriller and The Housemaid mostly delivers. While I can't speak to the accuracy from the book series, the film provides enough interesting developments and a great performance from Seyfried, to keep things interesting. I wish I could say the same for Sydney Sweeney, who is at her worst here.
