In this episode, we are thrilled to be joined by our colleague Dr. Hilary Reno.  Dr. Reno is both a Hospital Medicine physician and a full time Infectious Disease physician specializing in sexually transmitted diseases/infections and works to improve sexual health for many patients.  We talk about her background and how she came to be where she is today.  Then, we discuss the multiple reasons why the St. Louis area is known for high STI rates - systemic racism being a big reason.
