In this day and age there is a lot of talk about business plans and if you do or don’t need them, And I often think that if your business is at the point that you don’t have to worry about sales then you are at the point of not needing a business plan.

I certain cases you will actually have a business plan and present it to a bank or for investors etc. But many people far over complicate what is required. With 50 plus page leather bound document, with embossed company logo. It simply is not needed. In most cases no more than 2 pages of A4 paper is required, and keeps things simple and makes it easy to revisited and revise it.
