In this podcast I’ve invited Laura Horsburgh along to talk about yoga, it’s one of the first things that one to mind when you hear the term self-care, but there are so many options, and if you’re brand new, where do you get started? How do you find a teacher that’s right for you, and is online as good as in person?

We also talked about how to fit yoga around a busy parenting day, and how yoga isn’t always what you expect, and the importance of reconnecting with your body after pregnancy.

It's so easy these days to be disconnected from nature, in our modern day busy lives. But getting outside even for 5 minutes can have a massively positive effect. Being outside is one of my main values and is something that helped me survive early parenthood.
