When you step into a relationship with Jesus, your life becomes something new. As you listen to today’s message with Pastor Bill, you’ll learn about a man named Abraham and how he responded to the Lord in faith. God promised blessings and all Abraham had to do was go. You see, faith is deeper than just a belief. Faith is an action. When you believe in Lord, He will direct you to places you could have never have imagined. And just like Abraham, the Lord has blessings for you too. Will you go?

Humanity had become so corrupt and full of sin that God executed judgment and wiped them out - and re-started humanity with one righteous man of faith. Yet, after this miracle, sin corrupted the new world again. Today, Pastor Bill will explain how God’s commands to Noah and his descendants weren’t obeyed and God stepped in again to correct the problem and accomplish his purposes. He gave them different languages and scattered them on the earth. God’s plans can’t be thwarted, but it’s better if you obey in the first place!

It looked ridiculous to the outside world when Noah, in faith began building an ark. The world judged him for 100 years as he built. But, he was a man of deep faith in God and trusted him to save him through this boat. He knew that when he stepped in and God shut the door, he was saved from the judgment God was about to pour out on earth. Today, Pastor Bill will encourage you to have the faith to step into salvation, believing in Jesus no matter how the world ridicules you.

If you call yourself a Christian, what is your life marked by? Is it marked by faith – demonstrating trust and hope in God as you walk with him? Or is yours a life of religion and duty? Able was a man of great faith and God is honoring that faith still today through the words of scripture. Today, Pastor Bill will encourage you to seek to live a life of faith, and not of religion. It’s only by faith that you can please God. And even if faith doesn’t get you much in this life, it’ll give you everything in eternity!

When Adam and Eve sinned, God could’ve just wiped them out and started over. Yet, as Pastor Bill teaches today, even in the midst of rebellion, God’s mercy was on full display. In his grace, He already had a plan to redeem all mankind from the sin brought into the world in these first days. He saved Adam and Eve and he covered their shame. He also protected them from living forever in their sinful state. And, eventually, all believers who trust in Jesus’ sacrifice will get back to paradise and sin will be no more!

God created all things and called it good. And he gave man and woman a choice. And they blew it. Eve blamed the serpent. Adam blamed Eve, and he blamed God. But, ultimately, they believed the deception of the devil and sinned against God. Today, Pastor Bill will explain how you must check all things you hear against the word of God! The devil is sneaky and subtle. He’ll cause you to question God and doubt his goodness to you. Be alert and on the watch for the enemy to preach a different gospel.

It may seem unfair that God would create man, give him a beautiful garden and then give him a test by putting a tree in it that he can’t touch. He could’ve just not put the tree there in the first place. But, as Pastor Bill explains today, God gave Adam free will. He didn’t create Adam and force him to love and obey him. You have free will too and are responsible for the choices you make. God wants you to choose him. He wants you to love and obey him. And everything will be much better when you do. But He won’t force you.

God saw Adam alone and knew it wasn’t good. So, he created a woman to be his love, companion, helper, and joy. And it was good. He created this union to be forever, never to be separated. In marriage, man and woman become one. It is a beautiful gift from God. Yet, as Pastor Bill teaches today, marriage carries a much deeper meaning. It is a beautiful picture to help humans understand the relationship God intends to have with his people. You are his bride. He’s in heaven preparing your home right now.

The intricacies of molecules. The vastness of the galaxies. The complexity of life. Nothing is possible without an almighty God who created it. He created all things and called them good. Yet, as sin entered the world, his creation suffered. Today, Pastor Bill will describe the beauty of creation and the erosion of it by sin. Because of sin, man even questions his origin – proclaiming that surely an accident in space put him together; and that gives you no purpose or value. That only comes by the Creator God!

Do you ever wonder why you are even here in this world? You may even question sometimes if you have that much value. Pastor Bill will encourage you today to realize that God created YOU. He created you uniquely and purposefully in his own image. He wanted you on earth for this time you’re here. You have great value in His eyes. And he created you for a purpose. He created you for his good purpose. Seek God and follow him closely to know that purpose. He’ll hold you together as you live for him!
