Through the story of Abraham you've learned that God has a promise for you and that even if you manage to mess that promise up He can redeem all situations and still come through. Pastor Bill reminds you today that God has a plan. A time will come when He'll return and Jesus will reign as your Lord. In preparation for that time it's crucial that you look to your forefathers such as Abraham and learn from their mistakes. Be inspired by their goodness and be warned by their sins.

If you believe that Jesus is Lord and that He's the Savior for all mankind then you'll be saved by Him. Pastor Bill reminds you today that through Jesus you're restored. When you believe in Him He'll declare you as His. From that day forward you'll be recognized as a servant to Gods Kingdom. If you've not yet asked Jesus into your heart now's the time. Ask Him to make Himself clear to you. Ask for Him to remove your doubts and hesitations. Open your mind to the possibility that there's more in life for you.

The world loves to point out the hypocrisy of Christians so much so that there's become an illusion that once a Christians sin is brought to the worlds attention they can no longer serve. Pastor Bill reminds you today that this isn't the case. No sin is too big for God. As long as you acknowledge your wrong and give it to Jesus you'll be redeemed and restored in Him. Don't let the world crucify or judge you. Trust in your relationship with Christ. Allow His governance over you and abide to His Will alone.

Integrity will ultimately sway not only you but others from sin. Pastor Bill asks you today if your integrity can keep you out of trouble. He teaches you that by not partaking in sinful things or by standing up to them you'll encourage others to do the same. Seek out integrity for your life. Study God's Word so that you'll have a clear vision as to what is right and wrong. Be a person who speaks truth and acts in kindness. Allow yourself to be an example of Christ's Kingdom. Be a model of humility and grace.

Despite any background or history that you may have God is capable of delivering you. Pastor Bill reminds you today of Lot. He teaches you of the great sin that this man had in His life and teaches you that despite it he was delivered and declared by God as a righteous man. From this you learn there's always hope. No matter what horrible things you've done in your life Jesus is waiting to take your sin and declare you as righteous. Ask Him into your heart and begin your journey with Him. Let your past be past.

After Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed Lot secluded himself and his family in a cave in the mountains. He isolated himself and it led to more sin. Pastor Bill encourages you today to be active in a Godly community. He warns you against secluding yourself and reminds you of your need for Christian influence in your life. If you've secluded yourself it's time to find a community of fellow believers. Get involved with a local church. Allow them to influence your life and in return help and serve others.

All the material things of this world that you have will ultimately be lost. Nothing that you have can be taken to heaven with you. Pastor Bill teaches you today that the works you do for Gods Kingdom will stay with you. This means that when you serve Gods Kingdom here treasures are stored there. As you live your life be aware of what your time is gaining you. Are you filling a bank account that will be left behind, or are you adding to a treasure that awaits you in eternity. Invest in your future with God for it will never end.

Lot's wife remained faithless. As she left Sodom she looked back to it longingly as it was being destroyed. Though she'd been saved from destruction she was unwillingly to look ahead. As such God turned her into a pillar of salt. Pastor Bill reminds you today that her husband Lot knew God, but he failed to share Him with his wife. You too know God, have you let your loved ones know about Him? If not it's crucial that you remember Lot's wife. Speak of Jesus to the ones you love. Let them know that salvation awaits.

Though Lot knew that Sodom and Gomorrah were to be destroyed no one would listen to his warnings. He'd lived a life that did not demonstrate Godliness. Pastor Bill teaches you today that as a result of that no one could believe that God would communicate with him. You learn from this a crucial lesson as to why you should practice what you believe. A time will come where you'll need to tell a friend or family member about Jesus. If they see no godly influence in your ways they'll remain doubtful of your God.

The things of the world will always be tempting to you. That which you know to be wrong will often seem like something that you'd like to take part in. Pastor Bill reminds you today that to be friends with the world is to be an enemy with God. This is because embracing the worlds ways requires the embracing of sin. It requires you to disassociate yourself with God and to place your personal desires first. Remember that your time here is limited. Your true home is God's Kingdom. Live here as though you're there.
