The Implanted Word Podcast

Revival happens when people hear about the good news of The Gospels: eternal life through Jesus Christ through the forgiveness of sins. It’s the news that the world tries to suppress, that Christians need to share. Today, Pastor Bill is going to encourage you to remember God’s Word throughout your day, to keep the desire going for revival again. Christians living their life as an example of how to live for God and sharing His Word with everyone they can are important for revival to spread.

Christians shouldn’t be afraid to step out in faith and tell others about the hope they have for eternity: salvation through Jesus Christ! Today, Pastor Bill’s going to remind you that if you want to be a part of God moving and see Him work in His amazing ways through you, you have to be ready. He’s looking for your heart to be humbly submitted to Him and desiring Him to touch the hurting people around you. Revival will happen when God wills it. Do you want to be a part of it when it does?

You don’t need to be ashamed of the joy or laughter that may come from being set free from the captivity of sin! Today, Pastor Bill will encourage listeners to join the Psalmist in praise and excitement for the Truth of what the Lord brings! Are you laboring through life, with little to look forward to, and the challenges of sin? Jesus came to set you free from this! As you pursue Him daily, watch Him overtake you with joy! There is no greater fulfillment, than experiencing the freedom that comes following Christ.

There is not a “playbook” to spark revival. Like most things, the Lord is not in the business of giving us boxes to check, as much as He cares about our hearts. The way that He inspires personal change in your life, may look different than it did a year ago! He simply desires your devotion to Him, and then to allow the Holy Spirit to lead. In today’s message, Pastor Bill will call on the need for a revival but encourage listeners to prioritize relationship over ritual. How can your heart for God be used for change?

Are your eyes fixed on the Lord? There is so much to distract your eyes away from Him, but there is no better “star” to follow than Jesus Christ! In today’s teaching, Pastor Bill will show listeners why it is so important to remain focused on God, and God alone. Nothing and no one else can provide the peace and satisfaction that comes from God. He loves you more than anyone ever could! What has stolen your vision lately? Ask the Lord to protect you from distraction as you stay fixed on Him.

What does the Bible say about Jesus’ second coming? Today, as Pastor Bill continues to walk through the book of Psalms, he teaches listeners about the significance of end-times prophecy in relation to current events. As Christ-followers, we should be waiting with anticipation for the Lord to return and rescue His church from this weary world! It is important to be aware of what is happening, and reference everything with Scripture. Will you lean on the Word of God for your source of truth in the last days?

How is it that Jerusalem has been at the center of so much throughout history? In today’s message, Pastor Bill enlightens listeners about the significance of Jerusalem, and how current events continue to prove that God’s eyes are always on Israel. This world is in opposition with the Lord, so if Jerusalem is His favorite city, no wonder it is the epicenter for so much chaos! How can you grow your knowledge of history and current events, so you can be a light of truth as the end times approach?

It is not uncommon for believers to regularly face opposition in the form of lies, both from people around us and from the enemy himself. In today’s teaching, Pastor Bill will acknowledge this sad reality but offer hope in the form of Jesus. Beware of lies about the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, and one of his primary methods is deceit. If you are wondering what is true, the only place to turn is God’s Word - for He will never lie to you!

There is no more pure root source of Truth than God’s Word, and thank the Lord that we have it as a resource to turn to! Today, Pastor Bill will teach listeners not only of the beauty of God’s Word but also the amazing ways that it has been preserved over the years. Containing so many books and letters from so many years, it is incredible how the Lord made a way to deliver His Word to mankind. Do you have a healthy respect for the Word of God? There is no greater resource for your life!

We have been set free, not only from the penalty of sin but also from the power of sin! In today’s message, Pastor Bill encourages listeners that they no longer need to walk in the ways of the flesh, justifying sin. Too many people say the prayer of Salvation, but continue in sin while labeling it as “that is just who I am.” As a follower of Christ, no you are not! You have been set free, and you can walk in victory! Have you made the commitment to give up the desires of your flesh and follow the Lord?
