Today's podcast is taken from a BYU devotional in 1992 by Elder Neal A. Maxwell, who was serving as a member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles. Elder Maxwell was well known for his powerful and eloquence speaking ability, whose profound insights, humility and example inspired many. In this devotional, Elder Maxwell intends to convey his excitement over the "vastness and preciousness" of the gospel of Jesus Christ. He discusses how gaining knowledge and become Christlike are at the core of the gospel. In this sense the gospel is inexhaustible because there is so much to learn and therefore so much to become. Therefore, truth is acquired knowledge in the mind expressed in one's own life through actions and behaviours.
