Ben Egan is a sixth-generation farmer, who farms on his family property "Kiameron", alongside his wife, three kids, father and mother. Ben is deeply passionate about ensuring the longevity of his farming business and continuing to hand the property down to the next generation in a better condition than it was found.

In this episode, Ben explains how to organise succession planning for your farm, and what it means to run an 'infinite farm'. He also shares his experience in cotton farming, and how water access and seasons have such a big impact on decision-making.
