“It’s been an interesting time inside of my mind.”  

In this episode I am processing through uncomfortable feelings. 

Having been in a transitional place in my life and not knowing what is coming next and how everything is going to come. 

I vent about money. My thoughts and opinions about how our society interacts with money. 

The importance to me to detach my worth as a human being from the amount of money I have or make. 

My parents visiting us and how amazing it was to have our first guests in our home and be poured into by their love.

Every year, I pick a word that I want to be a guide for me during that year. 

This year, I chose EMBODIMENT.

I talk about why I chose this word and the importance it means to me. 

This season of my life I have had to grant myself a lot of grace on my nonlinear healing journey. 

There has been duality between my head and my heart that I am facing. 

The impact of avoiding myself, my feelings, and what I need. 

Calling in an unwavering belief in myself. 

Allowing myself to rest without guilt and shame attached. The feelings this brings up and how important unwiring this shame has been for me in this season.

I have so much in my heart to reflect on from the inner dialogue shared between Gaia and myself. 

I will never be able to encompass all that this conversation holds in these words so you are just going to have to go and listen to them yourself. 

Gaia is an intuitive medicine maker and energy healer. One of her soul led gifts has led her to the forest. 

You can expect to learn about energy exchanges with nature and the inner knowing process that happens. How these processes are available to everyone. Communicating with plants to learn from them and the medicine they have to offer for us. What is foraging, the process that it entails and how to respect the plants. 

It always amazes me the synchronicities that exist. Gaia and I talk about how it has been to transition into new preferred names in our lives. We did not know going into this conversation that we were both going through these shifts and it was amazing to get to connect about this further. 

The unlimited nature of spirit shines brightly in this conversation we have together. 

I had the privilege recently to participate in one of Gaia’s in person offerings. It was an incredible space held with intention and grace. I highly recommend her services to anyone who is looking to be met exactly where they are at on their journey. Gaia has a beautiful essence.

In this episode, I really shine in sharing about all of the growth that is happening in my garden. Tending to myself and taking action to meet people and learn deeper about the new community I live in. 

I talk about the intentionality around connecting with amazing people, building friendship connections, and the serendipity that came with some of these introductions. 

Reflecting back on myself from Christmas 2022, the mental place I was in and how refreshing it is to be where I am today. 

My first time being introduced to tarot, the gift of trust in cultivating friendships who can share their intuition and gift with me, and allowing myself trust the messages I am receiving. 

Truthfully, I feel inspired by myself and the action that I was taking in early December. I want to get back to this level of alignment in my life and continue cultivating each and every day. 

It is interesting because today when journaling, this is what my inner conversation was about . . . how I have been holding myself back and the fear that exists around taking action in a direction that does not feel right. 

I am going to podcast further about these feelings.

Episode 30. In My Stride

I am so immensely proud of myself for continuing to show up in this space. Celebrating my 30th episode. 

Love has a ripple effect. A beautiful effect we can add to the whole through being human. 

Introducing myself as ABSD, my preferred name. Transitioning into this change and allowing it to become a new norm in my life. 

My vibration is HIGH in this episode. I loved listening back to myself in this moment of time and feeling the passion amplify through my words.

A week of growth.

I am not doing this alone.

I have been asked the question often if I am going to get involved with my local government. For a long time, my answer was indifferent. 

After attending an event that had local government tones to it, my spark for passion around this was lit again. 

I still do not have all the answers, but I am continuing to listen to the beautiful guidance that is given to me.
