Penny Barron comes with a variety of qualifications from a science degree to transitioning to natural therapies - chiropractic, medical science, homeopathy and nutrition. 

Because of her science background she did extensive research behind everything before specializing in Homeopathy and Nutrition. She was brought up with a good nutritional background but delving deeper into how food and mineral nutrients impacts on our body took her understanding to a different level.

She has a special interest in family issues and has specialized in Terrets and tick disorders that impacts on mental health, nightmares and behavioural issues, especially in children as they struggle to fit into society. 

Another issue has been sexual trauma which started with overcoming her own trauma before she could help others. She therefore works from a point of knowledge and understanding. Establishing rapport with a client is the most important element giving them a safety net to face and overcome a traumatic issue.

Mapping a journey of outer travels is fun and exciting but the spark of destiny requires that we also go inward to discover who we truly are. When consciousness expands, our mindset and emotions change and the inner spirit is able to emerge.

Carmen Sanchez Casatejada is qualified in Remedial Massage, Shiatsu and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Meditation and Yoga form part of her daily activities. She has been coaching and mentoring people on-line for many years even during her travels.

Study gave a foundation to her insights as inner wisdom surfaced and was acknowledged. In my half/sleep state this morning I asked myself a few questions and the journey that followed took me through quite a few areas in life. It started with the foundation of the house, through internal growth, individual expertise, communication, sharing, energies, ancient history and the realization that everything is energy and we all relate in one way or another. The questions were: 

Why do two people come together? What is it that attracts them? Is there a feeling of lack that starts the ball rolling? Is it purely physical or is there another layer waiting to be found?

In this episode we look at the power of touch and how it impacts on us when it is removed and the overall need to adjust in a changing environment. 

What does it mean to discover the extra-ordinary in the ordinary simply through a change in mindset? We look at the negative reaction of fear, the importance of love and compassion and facing the unknown to explore what is hidden beneath the surface of our awareness. This is part 2 of the chat I had with my dear friend Carman Sanchez Casatejada from Spain. She, her husband Justin and their daughter Indira have been travelling round Australia in a campervan and this episode recounts a life or death situation they had whilst swimming.

They were caught in a strong rip and being washed out to sea. Carman expresses so clearly her feelings and the sequence of events that followed.

When they were faced with possible defeat she experienced pure clarity of consciousness and described that as happiness.

We discussed the changed dynamics in the family after this event and how it has affected them.

Tara Walsh shares her story of transitioning from her old conditioning and moving into the reality of the present. By unravelling the layers that had been built up over time and replacing them with a new way of thinking and feeling a spiritual connection was made and change happened. Faith, prayer and trust led the way forward. Her journey of awareness opened the door to receiving and giving, learning many new skills on the way and connecting and supporting others. We all have freewill to choose how we want to live our lives but do we exercise it? When we know the difference between right and wrong we become our own creators and move back into the innocence of the child.

She recently wrote a book about healthy recipes for dogs as she wishes to share her love of holistic health with others. Animals also need to rehabilitate so they can step into their own purpose.
