We’re back! And we’re back with our good friend, Jamie Hives. Jamie is the guitarist for Indie Band, Paris Youth Foundation, who are killing it at the moment. They tour non-stop and have a brand new EP out now, which Jamie definitely knows the name of.

We talk about A.I being used in music, the comeback of the guitar band and much more, but we kick things off with where Jamie does his shopping.

We were lucky enough to shoot our upcoming short film with Antonia as she has such a unique style and is a real up and comer in the film, and art, world. This week it’s the 4 of us, catching up and evaluation Mental Health Awareness week. We each chose something important to us in order for us to look after our mental health, and we discuss and explain each others tips. Mental Health Awareness and care is more prominent now than ever, especially in creative industries and we think it’s important to be candid about the subject, none only with your friends and colleagues, but the creative community as a whole.

This week we have our good friend, Jake Lipiec, on the show. This one has been a long time coming! Jake is a session drummer, producer and graphic designer. We’re treated to a drum off special, as well as figuring out the recipe for the perfect shit sandwich, and much more.

This week is just with Michelle and Alex who undergo some couples therapy during the podcast. We discuss working in the creative world as a couple, dating muggles and some of the dynamics and issues with dating creatively minded people.

This week it’s just the three of us, Michelle, Alex and Tee. We’re doing a little catch up episode based around our latest single, Reverend V2.5. We spend some quality time with the family this week as we welcome our brothers, Little Grace, to the pod. Ben Harrison, Adam Harrison and Callum Horridge make up the band who play, what they call, Contemporary R&B/Pop.

We’ve been on our journey with these boys the whole way, gigging, producing and writing together, most notably on their 2018 3rd single, My Bed.
