I have been on ALL of the diets, restrictions & obsessions over what I could & couldn’t eat.
I’m talking decades of repeatedly trying all of the things to be ‘better’ with my food, only for them not to work long term.
And I realised in 2015, that sugar was the main tool that I used to get me through my busy Mum day.
I was having so much of it each day without really realised just how quickly it added up. And it wasn’t until l had the realisation of what effect it had that I knew I had to make a change.
