For years we can carry around installed beliefs around dieting. They can start from a young age, develop over the years & be cemented in by the ingrained diet culture that’s all around us.
These beliefs around diets are installed at an unconscious level, they become part of our programming, who we are & what we do.
It can take a little work with some amazing mindset tools to rewrite these beliefs so you can change how you do things, change your beliefs & stories around being healthy & get where you want to be.
And that is what I have done & what I continue to do with my clients.
