A day late, and plenty of doll hairs short - but we are back for another week of the Interleague. Keepers are the name of the game this week, as fantasy draft day is right around the corner. Our boys in the pro circuit continue to make some roster additions - some that are even worth being excited about. We dive in to these, plus give you our thoughts on interpreting Spring Training success. A little less than two weeks until Opening Day, pitter patter boys.

It is with great pleasure that we are not only back to a more routine schedule, but baseball is back ladies and gents. The Hot Stove has been busy already, and we give you our thoughts on it all. Deep dive on the Yankees and Cardinals moves, as well as discuss what we think they need to do next (nothing we havent stated before). With baseball back on our calendars, the fantasy season is in the works as well - look forward to plenty of fantasy content in the weeks to come. Another short hiatus and we are back. The offseason has been along one due to this annoying lockout. As the two business continue to bicker about who gets to be more rich (very much aware I am over simplifying), we continue to bring you a variety of sports coverage with what we can. Updates on all things CBA, our thoughts on the matter, how we as fans can make a difference and how we are truly impacted. Plus we branch out a bit, some front office news, some Blues, some fantasy baseball, and most important how sports are working to support and unify a world against the terror that is happening in Ukraine. Happy to be back, and we look forward to getting back to our regular weekly schedule. Thanks for coming back - we have certainly missed you.

We are dusting off the cobwebs after a month off, and we are happy to report baseball has basically given us nothing. The pissing match continues, but we give you our thoughts on the latest efforts to drag the order side through the mud. Give some love to Jordan Kyrou, talk a little bit about the Olympics, touch base on the Super Bowl, and even discuss MLBs video game representation. Shorter episode than usual, but it felt good to get back at it. We missed you!!

We are ringing in the new year here at the Interleague, and bringing a little more variety of content. Baseball is still in lockdown, so we provide what information we have, as well as a few odds and ends. We get into a little hockey chatter, and even talk football. Hopefully you bear with us until things return to normal a bit... trust me, i miss baseball more than most.

As the lockout continues through its 3rd week, we are finally back to bring you updates... SPOILER: There really arent any. However, we still share our opinion on how things have been handled to this point, some info about the well being of the NHL, fantasy football updates as that comes to a close, plus your other typical nonsense. Thanks for sticking with us, and coming back after a short 3 week break. It feels good to be back - but full disclosure, holidays around the corner so there may be another short break. Until then, come on in - the water feels great.

After a week off for the holiday, we are back and its time to dive in to the Yankees roster. We dont go as deep as we did with the Cardinals, and as you give this a listen - youll learn why. The Hot Stove has been sizzling, the award season has come and gone, and the CBA expiration is on the horizon. We give love to each of these, but mainly this is 90 minutes of me talking through the most ludicrous trades/deals I could come up with that I could make reasonable arguments for them to be viable. The Interleague is back as promised, this week diving in deeeeeep on that Cardinals roster. We are talking the 26-man roster, the 40-man roster, trade candidates, salary room, all of that good stuff. And with that another MLB season is in the books. Congrats to the Atlanta Braves on becoming the 16th franchise in the 21st century to win a World Series. Unfortunately, there is a gray cloud on the horizon that looms like the arrival of Ganon at the beginning of a Zelda game. This one however goes by the name of the CBA. Hopefully  this time next month we arent talking about what needs to happen to end the work stoppage, but it seems like a strong possibility we will be. Until then though, we set the stage for the impending awards to be given out next week, celebrate those already received, and share some of the other highlights from this season as a whole. Setting the stage for next few weeks, we will be doing a deep dive into the roster make up for the Cardinals, then the Yankees, then focusing solely on the CBA - either what the dilemma is or what the new agreement consists of.
