This week, I ramble through Pooh and Piglet, Zhineng qigong history, connectivity and qi field theory and "Daode" which roughly translates as "following the path of the virtuous man.."

Jeremy rambles through FEAR, what's it all about?  

La Qi is a healing technique that's central to Zhineng Qigong. 

It's easy for anybody to learn in two minutes, and is deeply effective.

Yi Yuan Ti is one of the core concepts of Zhineng Qigong Theory, in a typically "Chinese" way, it both explains what it is, and then says "Don't try to figure this out with your conscious mind, in the state that it's currently in!" 

We look at Exceptional Capabilities, New World Thinking, Reference Framework, Ego and the such-like.. 

Hopefully in an easy to fathom way! 

Also we Meditate and try to experience the consciousness of ourselves and everything!

Don't be horrid to your Ego, it's really a very useful tool!
