Life coaches are all the rage, especially when people are dealing with this pandemic and feel totally helpless and out of control, but does anybody really need a life coach? There is nothing wrong with needing help working through feelings of anxiety and self doubt, but in that case, why not talk to a licensed therapist?

When it comes to the creative field, we often hear things like, "Get a real job", or "That's not a real job". Whenever I hear things like that I always wonder what they mean by that. It's true that it's difficult to get to know an introvert, but even so, there is a lot of false ideas about who introverts are and why they are that way. Riding the subway in NYC has always been an adventure, but lately it seems like the number of homeless people is growing. With the reports of people being pushed onto the tracks and in front of trains, seeing the growing numbers of homeless people underground can be alarming. Can anything even be done at this point to help them and keep the riders safe?

This is something that's been on my mind lately and I think it's a topic worth talking about. Can you ever really change who you are inside? There are all sorts of ways to change how you present yourself to the world, but who you are tends to remain the same, at least in my opinion.

This review contains spoilers. I really enjoyed this book, even if it was a little sad. I like how it kept you guessing until the very end.

Office environments are the equivalent of hell to introverts. Everything from after work “happy” hours, to eating lunch with a group, to office chit chat/gossip makes getting through the day very difficult. It’s not enough to be good at your job. You have to be a social butterfly as well.

The holidays are coming up, and while some of us may love this time of the year, there will always be a few people who do nothing but complain about everything from Christmas music to gift giving. I also discuss "re-gifting" and why I think it's terrible.

Parenting in general is hard. Parenting as an introvert adds a whole new layer to an already tough job. I read a lot of articles about this topic, but mostly it was women complaining about having to spend so much time with their children. I was looking more for things like having to socialize with other parents and large groups of children that weren't your own, so I decided to talk about this in this episode. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this topic.
