There are so many ways to get to where you're going (flying, driving, bus, train). Which is your favorite way to travel?
The Introvert Diaries podcast is back. I'll be discussing introvert things, book and movie reviews, and random thoughts in general. Check out my YouTube channel for the video version of the podcast. It will be under my name, Tina Leggio. I hope to see you all around. Please forgive the slightly degraded audio quality on this one, compared to my actual podcast mic. I extracted the audio from the video using FCPX. I'm still figuring these things out. The next episodes will be better.

Being positive is hard if your personality isn't naturally inclined to be so, which mine isn't, but I'm definitely working on it. Nobody wants to be the person that everyone avoids because of their soul sucking negativity. If your attitude tends to lean more towards the negative, how do you find ways to counteract that and be more positive?

In this episode I will be discussing how my personal experiences on how depression affects people who live in big cities, particularly those of us with more introverted personalities and existing anxiety issues. Links to the articles discussed, as well as my Patreon and Instagram, will be listed below.

It was a bit of a short episode today, but I'd like to hear your thoughts on the topic. Are you the type of person that screams on the inside when it's time to have your picture taken, or do you like having memories to look back on from time to time? Do you prefer being the photographer to the one being photographed. Let me know. You can e-mail me at [email protected]. Also, I've started a Patreon for my photography, so if you would like to contribute, I'll leave the link below.

Obviously, with everything that is going on, we are going to have to make big changes in how we do everything, but in what ways has your mindset changed regarding traveling and staying hotels. For germaphobes, our already intense sanitizing process has been made even more thorough.

Another chatty, sometimes rambling, episode, but I hope you enjoy it all the same.
