I also choose a word for the year. My word is :ALIGNMENT. There were great areas in my life where I was aligned, such as my daily spiritual practices (getting up early, journaling, meditating, picking a oracle card). However, where I was out of alignment was moving my body, practicing yoga daily and my food. SOOO I am intending to create more alignment in this area in 2018. ENVISION your New Year.
