Liv is currently in rehearsals for a Winter season as a showgirl in Germany. Since graduating Liv has worked both as a showgirl in Europe and a production dancer on a cruise ship. 

Having qualified as a personal trainer in her first year of her musical theatre training, Liv’s passion for fitness, nutrition and motivating others manifested into her starting her own business ‘Liv Your Best Life’, encouraging people to do just that. 

Having struggled with self worth, body image, over exercise and restriction, Liv has been on a recovery journey utilising tools such as journalling and meditation to live a happier and freer life. Liv discusses the benefits of recovery,  including improved relationships and how it’s impacted her career and life for better. She also shares these thoughts on her podcast ‘Wisdom and Waffle’. 

Through recovery, Liv has learnt how to find the joy in everyday life and has the desire to help others through sharing her experiences.

In this episode we talk to Dr. Stephanie Potreck (MD, RNutr (Sport) who is a doctor, dance nutritionist and educator specialising in dancer health and hormone function. She works at the intersection of science, art and lived experience. Her work focuses on bridging the gap between science and studio culture, challenging harmful narratives, and equipping dancers with evidence-based tools to thrive both on stage and beyond. She runs the educational platform Dance Nutrition, Medicine & Science on Substack, where she translates research into practical strategies to support dancers’ performance and long-term wellbeing; much of her time though you’ll find her working 1:1 with dancers behind closed doors - creating the safe, supportive space they so urgently need, always with a good dose of humour.
