It’s not often you jump on a podcast with someone and have an automatic connection like you have known each other for the last ten years or something, but that’s precisely what happened when Saif and I recorded this podcast last week.⠀

Escaping an Auction Purchase and talking about Haters and hate 

Welcome all, to another episode of The Property Duo, where heckling and banter is encouraged, oh and we do talk about business and stuff.⠀

On today’s episode, we cover how you can escape an auction purchase, but this is not legal advice nor is it an encouragement to do this! James recently had a case where his Solicitor saved him from completing on what would have been nothing but thin air because the other side Solicitors were lying and being obstructive. Can you believe it? Solicitors were lying!⠀

Fortunately, he was able to get back all his funds and fees, what a result. Pulling out of Auction purchases is not as easy as it sounds, you don’t just lose the deposit, you can face bigger issues which we cover.⠀

We spoke about HATERS or H8rs as you may refer to them as what they are, why they appear and how to deal with them. You never know who may become one, or reveal themselves as a hater, but trust us you do not need these people in your life. Drop them, like a bad habit.⠀
