Renee Warren is an award-winning entrepreneur, inspirational speaker, author, and founder of We Wild Women, a platform that helps entrepreneurs start and scale their businesses. She’s also the host of the celebrated podcast, Into the Wild, a program that features curated interviews with women entrepreneurs and provides actionable advice to women who are launching or growing their own dream businesses.
Renee has been a longtime inspiration to me and I am thrilled to have her on this podcast episode.
Renee firmly believes that the best advice comes from someone who has successfully done it before. Her approach to coaching comes from over 23 years of experience as an entrepreneur, in running marketing and PR agencies, and in being an unapologetic risk-taker.
Renée’s successful career is rooted in passion and she shares her passion in this episode. Join me as I chat with Renee about her transition to a business owner, coach, and mother of two (all within 1 year, too)!

To continue the Inspiring Women Series, I’m talking to Bridgitte Mallinson, a Functional Dietitian, entrepreneur, and business mentor. When I think of women who have gone against the traditional business model to create one that works for them, Bridgitte is top of mind.
Bridgitte decided early on in her career that the safe route was not for her. That decision was the foundation of her entrepreneurship journey. Bridgitte left the traditional path of working as a functional dietician in the clinic setting to pursue a new passion of starting her own business to serve more humans with gut health issues. Now founder of Gut Personal, Bridgitte has gone on to create a multiple 7 figure business and serve many with her Gut Fix program and Gut Personal products.
Tune in to this episode to hear how Bridgitte’s unforgiving self-confidence took her from employee to entrepreneur.

Welcome to part 2 of our Inspiring Women Series. Today I am chatting with entrepreneur and mother Kim Marshall, the Founder of Roots & Wings Childhood. Through Roots & Wings Childhood, parents can work with Kim one on one to learn how to parent consciously. The intention of conscious parenting is to accept full responsibility for ourselves and eliminate the need to control the outcome of our children. It is a conscious choice to replace shame and blame with understanding.
Once a Kindergarten teacher, Kim knows a thing or two about making the transition from a safe salary job to entrepreneurship. There is no shortage of challenges and lifestyle changes that must be made and in this episode, Kim shares all her wisdom from that time in her life. Tune in for her philosophies for entrepreneurship and of course, more on her specialty– conscious parenting. _________________________________________________________

Welcome to part one of my “Inspiring Women Series”. This series will highlight some of the most influential and inspiring women in my life, and I can’t wait to share them with you.
In this episode, we are kicking off the series with one of my favorite women in the world; my dear friend, Jackie Koch.
Today, Jackie K shares her experiences of moving into and through entrepreneurship. I say “experiences” because she has transitioned to diverse industries not just once but multiple times before finding the right fit. We talked about what it was like for her to make those transitions, what showed up for her, and the lessons learned in business.

Women business owners, female intuition, feminine energy, and cultivating a work schedule around the lifestyle you want to lead– all topics I cover in this podcast episode.
I am passionate about women founders in business. Not only because I am a part of that group, but because I know how valuable a woman's intuition and feminine energy can be to the growth of a business.
In 2023, I will be bringing a group of epic women in business on the podcast, so we can all learn from one another. But first, tune into this episode to hear my personal experience as a woman founder in business and find out how I cultivated a work schedule that fits the lifestyle I want to lead– not the other way around.

What would your life look like if you gave yourself more grace and space? In this week’s episode, I’m talking about the importance of grace and space in your everyday life.
Giving yourself space means you can explore life without the pressures and judgments that others may impose. Having time to yourself is critical for growth and personal development. Instead of worrying about the needs, interests, and opinions that others may have, space lets you focus on yourself.
Giving yourself grace allows you to change your internal narrative– for the better. As a recovering people pleaser myself, I know how negative internal thoughts can get when we’ve made a mistake or said the “wrong” thing. That’s where grace comes in. When we give ourselves grace, we can forgive ourselves for being human.
The combination of grace and space has worked wonders on my internal dialogue and the love I have for myself, and I’m positive it can have the same impact on you, too! _________________________________________________________

Have you ever noticed what happens as soon as the clock hits midnight on Christmas Day? Everyone stops talking about the magic of the holidays and gets right into stressing about the new year.
Instead of pressuring yourself to set resolutions, set rituals. The ritual I’m proposing helps you focus on your positive intentions and the purpose of those intentions. Unlike a resolution, which is full of rigidity and obligation, the result of this ritual leads to informed actions. The questions to ask yourself are:
1. What do I want to start doing this year?
2. What do I want to stop doing this year?
3. What do I want to focus on in 2023?
Tune in to find out what my 2023 intentions are and hear how I’ll be seeing them through in the days to come!
