In this episode, we are joined by two amazing Kaurs who recently graduated from high school and are now JMC students. However, last year during a pandemic, new ideas just like this podcast were created and that is what these two young leaders did with ਨਾ ਭੁੱਲੇ ਹਾਂ, ਨਾ ਭੁੱਲਾਂ ਗੇ Conference. Gurleen and Amrit join us in this episode to discuss how their planning went and also what the conference was about. In this episode, we are joined by Abhijeet Singh who is currently attending CSU Fresno. In this episode we talk about Twitter and how it is meant to be used but how it is used instead and how that is toxic and leads to so many negative things. We also talk about other social media apps like Instagram and Tik Tok and how those are affecting the youth of today's world both negatively and positively. So much of today's world revolves around these apps and we discuss if that is a good thing or a bad thing.

In this episode, we are joined by Tanvi, Jashdeep, and Mehnaz all of which are founders of an amazing collective called the PAC, Punjabi Art Collective. PAC is a space for artists in the Punjabi community to express their creations and parts of themselves. Initiatives such as PAC are key in the growth of the Punjabi/Sikh community in the United States. We also in this episode talk about the cultural norms that hold young Punjabi artists back from pursuing artistry.

In this episode of The JM Chronicles, we are joined by Manvinder Kaur and Tawinderjit Kaur. We have a conversation about how alcoholism is prevalent in the Punjabi/Sikh communities and ways to practice safe drinking. Both Manvinder and Tawinderjit have been working hard to create AAS a program that is creating much-needed spaces for those in the Punjabi/Sikh community to talk and deal with alcoholism in their lives.
