This hour its two different looks at your privacy and government information.  El Paso County District Attorney, Michael Allen joins Jeff and Bill to talk about a bill that would restrict police access to Flock camera.  He says law enforcement should have access to all technology reasonably possible to help solve crimes and keep neighborhoods safe.  D.A. Allen points out everything Flock records is in public, so do you have the expectation of privacy in the first place? Then Representative Ken DeGraff joins Jeff and Bill to explain a bill he is sponsoring to stop the government from buying your information from 3rd party vendors.

Should you be able to sue Federal Employees for violating your Constitutional Rights?  Colorado Democrats are floating a bill called "No Kings" that would let you do just that.  Jeff, Bill, and callers discuss the law and consequences.  Who would you sue for taking away your rights?  Is this just going to clog the judicial system with silly lawsuits, or is that the point.

Jeff, Bill, and callers react to the unexpected indictment of the Southern Poverty Law Center.  The FBI claims the SPLC funded some of the most radical and violent conservative groups in the nation.  Were they creating the problems they were fighting?  SPLC claims they were paying confidential informants not funding the groups.

An appeals court lifted the injunction preventing Texas from posting the Ten Commandments in every classroom.  Garrett Bell, Associate Counsel, First Liberty joins Jeff and Bill to outline the ruling and explain why this is not a violation of the separation of church and state.  Then callers add their opinions on the ruling

After Rep. Scott Bottoms said Victor Marx, one of his opponents in the Primary for Governor, is corrupt.  Marx challenged Bottoms to a debate on the Jeff and Bill show.  Yesterday, Bottoms accepted the challenge or did he.  Bottoms says he will debate Marx at an already schedule forum involving other candidates.  Is that the challenge Marx issued??
