In Colorado Extreme Indifference is a form of First-Degree Murder that applies when someone shows "universal malice" in a mass attack.  Examples are the Aurora Theater shooting and the King Soopers shooting.  Colorado Democrats want to lower the punishment for trying to kill multiple people.  Representative Dan Woog, of Law and Order Action, joins Jeff and Bill to outline the proposed changes and how it would put convicted killers back on the street sooner.

Live Nation, Ticketmaster, and iHeartRadio held a harmful monopoly over many concert venues according to a jury.  In a rare win for Colorado who had joined over 20 other states in filing suit, a Manhattan jury found Live Nation used their market power to squeeze out competition and manipulate ticket prices.  Jeff and Bill share the inside story of how Live Nation manipulated the market and ask the question IF a monopoly is bad.

Jeff and Bill can fight about anything but there is one thing they agree on, the difference testosterone has made in their lives.  Jonie and Heather from Game Day Men's Health are in studio to talk about the data driven treatments.  Both of the guys were feeling lethargic and ran out of energy in the middle of the afternoon.
