I'm a baby boomer, so I'm part of a talking generation. Gen Z, on the other hand, is famously a texting generation. I think that gap becomes even more noticeable in behind-the-scenes roles like IT or cybersecurity.

I've been doing the show for many years, and I know when I first started, if you talked about human trafficking, we were thinking about something that happened in a third-world country.
