In this episode, we take a look at Psalms 19:14 and see the Psalmist David crying out in prayer. His prayer is that the words that he speaks, and the messages of his heart be pleasing and something that God approves. In this episode, we take a look at the book of Isaiah 40:8. Isaiah is professing to the people of Israel the promises of God and how his word will stand the test of time. Israel was In bondage in Babylon, and they had begin to lose hope that God would keep his word to deliver them. God wanted his people to have comfort in knowing that the things of this world would fade away, but his word would last forever. There are many things in our lives that we so easily put our trust in that, over time do not last and inevitably let us down. But God is faithful, and we can put our trust in his word to be with us, and deliver us from all of our troubles. Grace and Peace.

In today’s episode, we take a look into Philippians 4:9 and study the wisdom that the Apostle Paul is giving to the Churches in Philippi. The churches were encouraged to keep putting into practice all that they had learned and received from Paul. Paul was writing to them from jail, and he took a great joy in his encouragement to them to follow what they heard and saw him doing. Often times, we may read Gods word and get clear understanding from what the spirit is urging us to do, but we may struggle at times with the application of it. My prayer is that you are challenged to put into practice all that you have learned after this episode. Grace and Peace.

In today’s episode, we discuss the verse of the day, John 11:25-26 and unpack the question that Jesus asked Martha, “Do You Believe?” In John 11, Jesus was revealing his divinity to Martha by telling her that he would raise Lazarus from the dead. As the story goes, Martha thought he was referring to the end times. Jesus shows a great deal of patience with Martha by explaining to her how faith leads to life, even after death. May this verse be a reminder to us all that if we believe in Jesus, and live in Jesus, that we will never die, even after physical death. Grace and Peace.
