Stop Procrastinating and Start Doing: How to Avoid the Tyranny of 'How' and Crush Your Goals - Minute Mondays EP_92
Avoiding the tyranny of how. Welcome to Monday's. Today, I'm going to be talking to you about how to stop coming up with excuses, because that's what we do when we're trying to delay and procrastinate. We are coming up with excuses. I need to learn how to do this. I need to learn how to do that. I need to learn whether it's going to work or not.
I need to learn how much things are going to cost. I need to learn what it's going to take. I need to learn how not to fail. I need to learn how to be successful. I need to do more things on learning how to do something. All reasons to procrastinate and to excuse yourself from being productive. Now what's the secret to doing it?
Start that simple. Just start what you want to do and you can figure it out as you go and you can perfected and you can improve it and you can do better. And in fact, even if you fail, you got a learning lesson from that and you'll know how to do it right next time. So you won't do the same mistakes.
Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not saying go completely unprepared. You have to do some research. You have to know somewhat of what you're talking about, somewhat what you're looking into. But there's only so much that you need before you go. Once you have the fundamental basics, then just start. Start. Get into it. Get into the rhythm. Improve as you go.
Keep learning. Keep growing while you're taking action.
