Here, he struts and belts out the lyrics as if performing in an empty theater.

Today was an epic Record Store Day adventure! I hit up THREE different record shops and scored not one, not two, but THREE copies of the incredible Van Halen Live in Dallas 1991 exclusive red double vinyl! 🎸🔥

This release is a total gem: a previously unreleased live concert from December 4, 1991, during their legendary For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge Tour. The setlist is a dream for any fan, featuring new tracks like “Judgement Day” and “Poundcake,” classics from 5150 and OU812 like “Best of Both Worlds” and “Finish What Ya Started,” and, of course, “Panama”! Plus, Sammy Hagar brought his own hits with “I Can’t Drive 55” and “There’s Only One Way to Rock.” 🤘

And the vinyl? Stunning! Pressed on double red vinyl with an etched fourth side that’s just begging to be displayed. This is the kind of record that makes being a Van Halen fan so worth it!

Roland Sayn is an Oakland born and raised guitarist who has played everything from jazz to blues to metal to classical. Growing up playing in local punk and metal bands, he also studied jazz at a young age in Skyline high school jazz band and was mentored by local legend Khalil shaheed of oak town jazz workshops. At 16 he was teaching guitar and doing professional live and studio sessions in musical theatre pit bands and session work. He went onto Further study Jazz and Classical at San Francisco state university and earn a bachelors in music. Today he is teaching in the greater Bay Area and writing new cutting edge music influenced by 90’s alternative rock and grunge for 21st century and will be releasing singles and music videos in 2025
