Hey, do not apologize for wanting to look good in your jeans! There's nothing wrong with that. But does it make sense that you're going to have to take action, consistent action, in order to get to your healthiest weight and stay there?
The bulk of the action needs to be focused on your Inner Self.
Permanent weight loss is 92.8% inner game. If you don't win at the inner game of weight loss then you're setting yourself up for ongoing struggle.
Struggle is not fun! I've been there before. It pretty much sucks.
