Vancouver’s Sikh community is sending care packages to women staying at various women's shelters this Valentine’s Day. A day that can be a sad reminder for some women who have been victims of domestic violence.  Members of the World Sikh Organization (WSO) are looking to change that by delivering care packages for women in shelters.
