We are two days away from legal weed! But there are numerous issues yet to be completely cleared up. One of them includes what happens to existing dispensaries. Some have signalled they’ll shut down, rendered an illegal operation while they wait for a licence. Public safety minister Mike Farnworth spoke earlier this morning about what kind of penalty dispensaries can expect if they operate beyond the 17th.  Mike Smyth of the Province Newspaper joined the show this morning to discuss everything legal weed as we inch closer to legalization.
