Daily Joy Challenge #56
Look back and remember the people who have touched your life and been a blessing to you. Then, reach out to at least one of them—whether with a note, a call, a visit, a text, or an email.
Make plans to do this throughout the month if you can. Because remembering and blessing others doesn’t just bless them—it blesses you too. It multiplies the joy.

Daily Joy Challenge #53
Ask yourself:
What am I saying that I don’t actually believe?
What beliefs am I repeating that someone else taught me—but I haven’t made my own?
Where do I need to reposition my heart, my mind, or my words so they match?
Once you discover the truth, grab it—and own it.
Because when your heart, mind, and words move in the same direction, joy and peace flow freely.
Daily Joy Challenge #52
Think about the hard time you are in or have been through. How can you see God at work. What blessings do you sense in the difficult season. How can you be thankful in spite of the pain?

Daily Joy Challenge #51
Set your timer and practice taking a thinking break. Just sit an be with no agenda or focus. Just rest your brain and let it wonder... let it relax and breath. Don't force any agendas or problems to solve. Just enjoy the present moment. Notice how it feels.

Daily Joy Challenge #50
Grab a few large sheets of blank paper and some colorful pens or markers.
Create a timeline or mind map of what’s happened in the last 6, 9, or 12 months
It doesn’t need to be perfect—make it as linear, abstract, or messy as you like!
Write down the blessings and the ways you’ve seen God at work.
Note any surprises—good or bad.
Identify things you need to process with God in prayer or talk through with a trusted friend. You may want to just acknowledge them for now and schedule a time to work through these things in the next 6 weeks.
Make a list of everything you’re thankful for—be as specific and detailed as your heart desires.
Spend some quiet, creative time with Jesus while you do it. (Looking through your camera roll or calendar can help jog your memory.)
