What dream or vision can you invest in today? How can you live this day in a way that plants a seed for tomorrow? What action could you take right now to prepare someone—or something—for a brighter future? Take that step. Every small act of faith, kindness, or courage is a seed planted in the soil of tomorrow. Invest in something bigger than yourself, and watch it grow

Daily Joy Challenge #17
What is your hard thing? What can you thank God for in the middle of your difficult situations? Look up the passage found in Philippians 4: 4-7. Write it on a sticky note and put on your mirror or save it as your phone screen saver to remind you to give all your anxiety and cares to God through prayer laced with thankfulness and trust.

Daily Joy Challenge #16
Assess your fitness and movement routine. How consistent do you move your body? What adjustments do you need to make to your exercise plan? Get out there and get your blood pumping so that those myokins can cross the blood brain barrier and increase the brain chemicals we need. Notice the way you feel after exercising!
Daily Joy Challenge #15
Grab a big piece of paper and draw a windmill. Write the letters J–O–Y in each section. Reflect on them:
How strong is your foundation in Jesus? How healthy are your “SILO” (relationships with others)? How well are you caring for your “Fan Blades” ( body, mind, emotions, and spirit)?
What’s in great shape? What needs some maintenance? Can you feel the wind of joy starting to blow? Maybe it hasn’t yet—but it’s coming.
Let this analogy guide you into the areas of your life that need attention.

Daily Joy Challenge #13
Put yourself in a position to feel and experience AWE. Notice the feelings it creates in your body when the wonder and reverence fill your soul.
—open your eyes wide (literally!) and let the light in. Drop your jaw in amazement. Laugh. Play. Explore. Have fun. And let yourself be filled with awe again. If appropriate, let your heart WORSHIP our Amazing Creator for the Wonderful Works He has DONE.
So here’s your Daily Joy Challenge:
Be honest about your emotions. Don't judge them. They are signals and information. Process them with God. Take responsibility for them.
If you want to try something a little unique, imagine what color your emotion is…. Visualize it and describe what it might look like if it had a shape and form. Don’t let your emotions harm you or others—let them be used for good. There’s no shame in having emotions. God created you with them. But there is wisdom in how you handle them. So embrace them. Investigate them. And most importantly—bring them to Jesus.

Maybe your next step is to list out some baby steps, and take one or schedule one. (Like picking up the phone, looking at the calendar, making a savings plan,) creating some actual action-based steps that you can take to make your life count.
