We've had a week off because of the tour but we're back. Things are going really well for me at the moment. My tour is selling out and the press are being a lot more positive. But the threat of a fart sends Soph into a panic. She doesn't want anything to ruin this wave of positivity that we are on at the moment.

Our producer Ben even reads out some amazing messages from our fans which we react to. It's so nice to know that so many of you are behind me and always have my back.

We of course have a good old catch up whilst I get changed for one of my shows and Soph teases me for having a long bum.

I feel like the bubble is about to burst any minute. But I'm riding the wave whilst it lasts.

To be honest, it's such a wierd feeling to get so much support and positivity in the press. For the last decade I have been used to being vilified and having so much negativity and hate thrown my way.

I've been honest about my mistakes. I've done silly things and I've suffered a lot with my mental health but I feel like I have really turned things around now it feels so good to be in a much better place and see how you have all reacted.

I can't thank you all enough for making one of my songs number. It really is a dream come true and it shows no matter how bad things can be, it will get better and there is light at the end of the tunnel. Long may it continue

OMG, there has been so much going on in the press again this week and I know you guys have tuned in to get the gossip and we won't dissapoint you.

It feels a little bit weird to be honest. I'm used to getting bad press and people trolling me. I have been through my share of set backs and my breakdowns have been widely publicised. But I feel like I am in a far better place now and in more control of things. We had a week off to cacth up with ourselves but we are back with a bang and you won't want to miss this one.

When I returned from dubai, I was convinced that one of my cats, Doris, is pregnant. Well, if I can't have anymore kids of my own, at least I can have some little cat babies. I've started to set her up in my room so she has a little nesting area of her own.

Then Paul Pricey rocks up. They know how to keep my feet on the ground. If it's not the press talking about my weight, then it is my family.
