As you all know the truth isn’t often what they like to write about in the papers especially with a bitch of a journalist always printing lies. But we always set the record straight on the podcast. 

Of course, sex dillemas is back too and whilst I'm all for extra protective measures, it takes so long to log on to pornhub now.

We've got a new segment this week you lovely listeners. It's called sisterly confessions and Soph shares something I would much rather forget. IT was so embarrassing!! It's not the only time either. She has this annoying habit of falling asleep when we go on a night out. She thinks I'm hard work but I think she's boring.

The confessions don't stop there. We have our sex dilemmas back and one of our listeners is an animal inbetween the sheets. This get a bit delerious and we start discussing making animal noises when you orgasm. It had us in stitches. We hope you find it funny.

I hardly ever read the headlines so it is interesting to see what rubbish they come up with and if there is any truth in them. Although sometimes I write the headlines for them. Like when I put a picture of my new bum tattoo on line or a video of Harvey in a Man Utd shirt chanting Dwight's name. Soph thought I was just stirring the pot. What do you think? I hope you're enjoying the new format of the show. I love it and I find it so much fun to do so I hope you find it fun to watch or listen to.

We of course have our usual catch up but then I put the record straight with a few articles that have been out in the press this week. Apparantly I was naked in the back of Chris Eubank's car at his 30th birthday. You'll have to tune in to get my reaction on that one. Then there was a headline about Mylene Klass which my family gave me a lot of stick for so I had a bit of explaining to do. And an old headline about Kelly Brook and I resurfaced. For those of you who don't know. Kelly and I had a relationship with the same man. Although not at the same time. It wasn't a great time for either of us to be honest so I give my reaction to that and I also give my view on some names I was supposed to have called Kelly.

Then there are your sex dilemmas. Well I am an experienced lady after all so I have a lot of advice to give. I've probably got too much to say and my advice ends up leaving Soph in stitches of laughter.

Hey guys!! We're back!!! So sorry the podcast has had a few interruptions these last couple of weeks. I've been tied down with the tour and rubbish internet connection.

I'm starting 4 days off and Soph and I are on form. With my tour coming to an end I am looking ahead to Christmas. spoiler alert, I'm recording a Christmas single. Harvey's with me too being his usual funny self. He gives me his list of what he wants for Christmas. He is so cute!!
