The term “intersectionality” was first coined in 1989 by Black legal scholar, Kimberlè Crenshaw. It is a description of the way multiple forms of oppression are experienced. How can this concept affect the way darkskin women experience colorism? How much of an effect does colorism still have on our society today?

GENUINE love and acceptance are the keys to a healthy interracial relationship that will further our society’s progress when it comes to race relations.
