Shannon, Sean, Nathan, and Nick discuss how the Frogs came up an inch short in the Big 12 Championship Game against K-State after a #HE15MAN worthy performance by Max Duggan to get the team to over time. But the disappointment for this team and Frog Fans was short lived as Sunday it was announced that TCU would be the first Texas team to make the College Football Playoffs facing off against #2 Michigan in Fiesta Bowl on New Year’s Eve; and the good news kept coming. On Monday night, Max Duggan was announced as one of the top finalists for the Heisman Trophy which will be awarded this Saturday at 7PM.

TCU finishes 12-0 in the regular season setting up a rematch against Kansas State for the B12 Championship on Saturday. Nathan, Nick, and Sean are joined by TCU great John Diarse to discuss the keys to the game and what the Frogs need to do to keep rolling this season.

Second half comebacks this season are nothing new to this TCU team, but on Saturday with the final seconds of the game ticking away and down 2 points to Baylor it appeared that the clock on the Frogs undefeated season was about to run out. But, what happened in those final seconds will go down as one of the greatest finishes in TCU Football history as TCU escapes Baylor 29-28 in dramatic fashion. Shannon, Nathan, Sean, and Ryann talk about the game and joining them with an update to a story that touched all Frog fans are special guests Abby Faber and her father Steve.

The Frogs win on the biggest stage of the season 17-10 against the #18 Texas Longhorns, not only in front of the second largest crowd in DKR history but on prime time network TV earning the college football ratings win of the weekend. Shannon, Nathan, Nick, and Sean talk about the amazing performance by the defense, Max’s toughness, the determination of the offense, and how this team is poised to take the next big step for this program.

Shannon and Sean are enjoying the ride as TCU rises to #4 in the CFP rankings this week following a 34-24 win against the Red Raiders and setting up another Top 25 matchup in Austin.

TCU continues to roll as they extinguished the fires of hope the Mountaineers had in upsetting the #7 Frogs on Saturday as the men in Purple walked out of Morgantown victorious, 41-31. But was it enough to bump TCU into the top four of the initial CFP rankings? No. No it was not. But, while the idiots that comprise the CFP committee continue make excuses, the Frogs are in control of their destiny as the tumbleweeds of West Texas roll into Fort Worth (along with a sudden urge to get a penicillin shot) for another 11AM showdown. Shannon, Sean, Nathan, and Nick break down the games, thumb their noses at the committee, and get into a bit of too early Heisman talk.

TCU becomes only the second team in the last 20 seasons to beat four ranked teams in four consecutive weeks defeating Kansas State 38-28. ALL GLORY TO THE HYPNOTOAD. Shannon, Nathan, Nate, and Sean discuss the game, how the grind of the B12 season might affect the final stretch of games, just how special is this team and the season they’re putting together, the upcoming matchup against West Virginia, and ALL GLORY TO THE HYPNOTOAD.

The Frogs showed their grit on Saturday coming back down 17 to beat the Cowboys in double overtime 43-40. Shannon, Nathan, and Sean discuss how the game was really a tale of two halves, but more so than that, there is something special going on with this team and it’s a great time to be a Frog!

The Frogs return to Fort Worth with the win over the #19 Kansas Jayhawks 38-31. And while any win on the road is great, these Frogs have a lot to work on before next week’s Top 10 match against Oklahoma State. Shannon, Sean, and Nate discuss the game in Lawrence and what they expect when the top team in the Big 12 enters The Carter on Saturday.

Destroyed. Embarrassed. Pummeled. Those were the headlines Saturday night after the unranked Horned Frogs absolutely dominated the #18 Oklahoma Sooners 55-24 in a game that was controlled by TCU from the very first series. The win sets up a top 20 match up in Lawerence this Saturday between the #17 Horned Frogs and #19 Kansas Jayhawks as College Gameday hosts. Sean, Nathan, and Ryann are joined by Special Guest, Sports Illustrator writer Nate Cross, to discuss the game, abysmal officiating, and take a look at this week’s game at Kansas.
