The KillerFrogs

After a wild game at The Carter, the Frogs break .500 on the season and look forward to the 2020 finale against La Tech under the lights in Fort Worth. We discuss how this team has progressed over the season, Nathan explains a minor disagreement he had with the officiating, is Max the future at QB?, Hunter runs down the incoming recruits, and Ryann breaks down the start of Basketball season.

Our Frog family suffered a sudden loss this past weekend when Dwayne Brazzell Jr., brother of TCU Hall of Famer Shannon Brazzell, was tragically killed. We take time tonight to offer our condolences to the Brazzell family and ask for prayers for Shannon and his family.

Hunter walks us through a new WR recruit, great news as TCU and LA Tech announce a tenth game this season, we wonder why we can’t play Kansas more than once a year, and discuss what to expect this weekend as the Cowboys come to Fort Worth.

This week we take some time between discussing the Frogs loss to West Virginia and the upcoming night game (!?) in Lawrence, Kansas to talk about what we’re thankful for in 2020.

This week Ryann, WC, Shannon, and Sean talk with the head coach of the Big XII Champions TCU Women’s Soccer, Eric Bell. We also discuss football’s win over Tech, Gary Patterson’s evolution of coaching up his young players, and give our predictions for this weekend’s game in Morgantown against our couch burning brethren.

The women’s soccer team is undefeated and set to play West Virginia this Friday for the Conference Championship. Isn’t it great to have a TCU “football” team back at the top of the national rankings? TCU’s other football team comes back from Baylor with a win, and both Sean and WC think the team turned a corner down in Waco. We talk expectations heading into Saturday’s game in Fort Worth against the Red Raiders, and discuss the changes being made to the TCU Letterman’s Association that caught its members off guard.

It’s episode 150! Following the bye The Frogs look to face off against Oklahoma in Fort Worth. We go over our expectations and predictions for the game.

On this week’s episode we discuss the upcoming vote on the one transfer rule and its impact on the business of college football before breaking down last week’s loss to Kansas State.

It was a cool day in Austin as the Frogs came to town. The parking lots were desolate, the stands filled with smiling cardboard people, and the Frogs continued their Big 12 tradition of given Texas exactly what it deserves, a loss. And by the end of the night TCU fans rejoiced as they had sat back and enjoyed a full day of Big 12 schadenfreude.

TCU drops the home opener against Iowa State by 3 and in the process Coach Patterson angered not only Frog fans but bettors nationwide. We discuss the loss and look forward to a bounce back against our little brothers to the south at TCU rolls into Austin for an 11am kickoff against the Horns.

It’s Week 1 of Horned Frog Football… on Week 2, but that doesn’t bother us as the Cyclones breeze into Fort Worth.
