It shows just how the industry is growing, moving and evolving every single day.

It shows that we are still the baby of the beauty industry. We are all still trying to walk before we can run. We are making mistakes and we are learning. We are rising faster than any other section of the beauty industry and with that comes the breaking of new ground and the risk and dangers that being first brings.
