Jackie was born in Englewood, New Jersey and grew up in Bergenfield not far from where I grew up. Jackie began training for the classic ballet at age 5 and was accepted into the New Jersey Dance Company at age 15. She accepted a scholarship from New York University at 15 to pursue a major in dance.
