Genesis 1:26 KJV

And God said, “Let us make man in our image, after Our likeness; and let them have DOMINION…over all the earth…”

“You made him have DOMINION over the works of Your hands; You put all things under his feet.”

 

Matthew 8:9 NKJV

“For I also am a man under authority, having soldiers under me…”

 

Those who are submitted to authority are enabled to exercise authority.
