Rev. Keiko Hoshino, was born in Japan and earned a BA in Liberal Arts. In 1991, Keiko met Yuki Oikawa, an active member of Happy Science in London and was given the book, The Laws of the Sun.  Keiko became a very active believer of Happy Science and began working full-time at Happy Science in July of 1994.
