Tina Phillips-Johnson is a Licensed Independent Social Worker, LISW-CP  Supervisor, advocate, and agent of change in her community. Through her innovative work with dually adjudicated youth as a Child Welfare Specialist, serving as a Level D+ group home therapist and consultant, intensive in home therapy provider and clinical program manager at a sexual assault center, Tina has developed a non-judgmental, open communicative and empathic approach that is successful in helping clients to reframe their current position and envision a plan to reach their goals. Tina enjoys singing, traveling, doing makeup and spending time with her husband Greg, son Dayshon and fur baby, King Louis Vuitton.

Christian Jackson loves people. She’s excellent at small talk, almost excessive at problem solving, and stands firm when reminding people about hope. These are are only a few natural skills she has; it’s what helps make her an effective counselor. Christian is licensed twice and certified another two times on both a state and national level as a mental health and substance use counselor. Over the last 5 years, her knowledge, training, and experience as a trauma-specifically trained professional mixed with her personal counselor swag helps her do her part in the healing process. As a mother of two black kings, Christian stands for the mental wealth of her own and wants to make sure she does her part in educating her community to support them should they need it.

After birthing her son, Myya Passmore learned these lessons firsthand. During the day she runs the marketing and public relations for a community redevelopment agency in Miami as a full-time career mom and mompreneur.
