How we control our lives is based on our situation and what we consume. Sometimes we have control and sometimes not. And sometimes we don’t have full control and that’s okay. Dr. Langley shares with us why we should focus n what we can control and how we can regain control of our life, Lifestyle, and Livelihood.
Regaining Livelihood, Lifestyle, and Life
Be grateful. That's how you regain your livelihood, your life, and your lifestyle. We are alive for us who are still here. Instead of us lamenting who is not here, I look and be grateful for the memories that I have.
Focus on What You Can Control
Know what can you control based on where you are today and the way that you can control and regain your life, your livelihood, and your lifestyle and control up it to come back to the present. Here and now, we're all together. We may not be physically connected or together but we here, we're connected, we're together. Let's focus on what we can control. What we can control is being right here in the present you and me. Be grateful.
Start by being grateful and making a decision. You can be a victor or a victim. If you decide to be a victim, then you can continue that it's your choice. Just know that you're going to get more of the same. There's no way that you're going to be strong and be happy and press your way to try to change things or set the things you cannot change. We're just here, preparing you all for what is to come. But make a decision. Create a schedule, a plan, respect each hour that you designate for what that hour is. Remember that you're resilient and you have made it through so many other things. You made it out there and you going to make it out through this one as well. Look at what you can control and be grateful. That's how you get your control back. That's how you regain control of your life, livelihood, and lifestyle.
Key Essentials for the New Normal Ahead
Make a decision. Remember that you're resilient. Focus on what you can control not on what you can't control. Respect your hours and your time. Take back control of each hour like you used to before this pandemic. Don't let anything come up in it. Make sure that you're taking care of yourself you are your greatest priority. you are your top priority first. put the mask on first, before putting on everyone else. And then finally, be grateful. Be grateful that you're here. Be grateful that you're alive.
“What you can't control is pretty much how you position yourself in the situation. Think about things that you can't control and think about being grateful.”
“It starts with the mindset. You have to change your mindset. Control what you consume. And to set the things that you cannot change. Have the courage on changing what you can and the wisdom to know the difference.”
“You can still be grateful that you're here and that that means you have another day and another chance to get it right. You have another day and another chance to control and regain control of your life, your livelihood, and your lifestyle.”
“Come back to the present and accept what you can change in what you can't control. Get to know who you are from within, not always looking externally for happiness and, and being settled and stable, that from within your happiness, your success. Your answers lie there.”
