Having a hard time trying to figure out your inner self? Are you scared to face the truth? Have you been putting out the façade and been trying so hard to impress people? Don’t be scared. Concealing the ugly things behind might relax you for a while, but time does not stop. Time always moves forward. Hence, the secret we try to conceal will be revealed through the passage of time. Relax and give yourself a favor. Together, as women, we shall not be afraid to show our inner selves. We should live freely, happy, confident and without fear.
The Saga of Sarah Langley
The cry of my heart is to help women to discover their identity, work and true importance. Help them be fulfilled and live free.
As a licensed psychotherapist, I conduct life-coaching as practice.
Together, we discover your goals behind. Go beyond the title of all things that we wanted to obtain. We discover who you truly are so you can totally be free, liberated, whole, fulfilled and complete in mind, body and spirit.
In my Best Selling Book, It's Your Turn NOW! 7 Secrets To Living Life On Your Terms, I talk about the 3 Masks we wear:
The pretty self, which is what you see is what you get at face value.
The desperate self, which is to deflect people and prevent them from seeing the real you, your core.
The dreaded self, which is the shame that we try to hide. Something we dread, something that will hit home with how we operate. The self that we do not know how to break and keep on hitting that core.
At our core level, we think we are unimportant, we are worthless, we have no value and defective.
Oftentimes, we have to look at what we are doing on the surface level. What we are hiding? What are we trying to avoid? At the pretty self-level, that is truly who you are. It is a difference between acting and being.
Once you discover who you truly are, you will be blown away about the beautiful person inside. And finally allow yourself to live instead of being buried.
We clean things up so that we can finally be healed, as opposed to putting the band-aid for temporary relief that would not be sustained forever.
I dare you to take the band-aid off. Start looking at your room and bring the healing that is absolutely needed. So that you can be the tool that you have designed and created today.
“I learned how to say no to certain things. Everything is not for you to say yes, it's not to please everyone, or to gain accolades, or to take on all the burden, to lessen the burden for everyone else.”
“I was able to awaken and to be my true self, and to discover who I am beyond the role of caregiver, beyond the role of a therapist beyond the role of a sister and a daughter and a friend.”
“I welcome you to take that step into knowing your shine, regaining your story.”
